Returns Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify:

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging

All components, instructions, and accessories must be included

Items must show no signs of fitment, modification, or damage

All authorised returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, unless otherwise agreed.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances:

Electrical components (ECUs, sensors, bulbs, lighting, etc.)

Special order or custom parts

Clearance, sale, or discounted items

Oils, fluids, or lubricants that have been opened

Software or tuning devices

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us via the Contact Us page within the 14-day period, including:

Your full name and order number

The item(s) you wish to return

The reason for return

You must wait for our return authorisation before sending anything back. Items returned without authorisation will be refused.

All return packages must be clearly marked as “Return” on the outside to avoid delays or rejection.

Special Order Policy

Orders for special/custom parts are:

Non-refundable

Non-cancellable

Not eligible for return

By placing a special order, you confirm that all part numbers, specifications, and fitment details are correct at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photographs and your order number so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be issued via your original payment method, minus any applicable fees, within 7–10 working days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
